Life with a condition such as mine sees your health being that of constant change, but for the time being things are ticking along nicely.
I have been on medication for my depression/anxiety/OCD since earlier in the year, and while I still have my hard days, my mental state (touch wood) is shaping up rather well. Through serious efforts to think positive, regular therapy sessions, and keeping my mind busy on a day-to-day basis, I have been ticking along nicely in the emotional and mental department.
Physically, things are sitting nicely at the moment as well.
I am sleeping well, but I do have to make sure I take the time to get plenty of rest to make sure I am feeling as good as possible the next day. One change I have made recently has been going to bed early, usually between 7pm and 8pm, and watch TV or movies for a couple of hours before going to sleep to allow my body to rest that little bit more.
Honestly, I quite enjoy the time on my bed just chilling in front of the TV.
I think going forward I am going to have to be quite serious about how I manage my energy, but for now all is good.
