The new All Blacks jersey sees the white collar disregarded, the logos faded to silver instead of white, and two different designs for the backs and the forwards.
Adidas were given free reign with the design of the jersey.
No instructions with made by either NZ Rugby or the IRB other than than it had to remain All Black, unsurprisingly.
Overall opinion on the new All Blacks strip seems positive based on the feedback on Fairfax Media this morning.Getting rid of the white collar will please some of the more ‘modern’ of the so-called traditionalists.
The new jersey is set to take the All Blacks to next years RWC in England.
It will be worn on the field for this first time this weekend when New Zealand’s national side take on England in London.
